ROSVERIA collects information submitted through this form to review feedback, follow up when needed, record your permissions, and—only if you choose “Yes”—prepare and publish a testimonial within the permissions you select.

What we collect

Your contact details, feedback, optional responses, publication choices, consent record, language, source, timestamps and submission identifiers.

How we use it

The original submission is kept in a restricted feedback intake record and reviewed before approved material is transferred to ROSVERIA’s publication records. Feedback marked “No” remains internal. Access is limited.

Your choices

You may decline publication. If you permit it, you control the public identity format and whether editing, translation, and a separately supplied photo or logo are permitted. Contact ROSVERIA through the main website to ask about your information or withdraw future publication permission.
